Summary:                              

The Mohawk Valley Resource Center for Refugees located in central New York (Utica, located at the foothills of the Adirondacks) is searching for a new Executive Director.

The Executive Director responsibilities include implementation of the organizations mission through planning and strategic direction, program management, fiscal administration, resource development, public relations, personnel management and board development.  The Executive is responsible for keeping the Board engaged and informed.

Travel:                                    10%

Relocation:                             Some

Experience:                            8-10 years working for a Not-for-Profit in leadership roles.

Experience with Government and non-government agencies from the local to the international level.

Experience with a diverse and multicultural employees and clients.

For -Profit experience with Board responsibilities for a Not-for-Profit will be considered.
