Idealware, a NYCON endorsed vendor, has released a report, Using Social Media to Meet Nonprofit Goals: The Results of a Survey" in which they surveyed 459 nonprofit staff members already using social media at their organizations to ask them what tools they were using and how effectively they thought those tools were meeting particular goals.
